Billie has lived, raised a family and worked in the Columbia Falls area since 1968.

Her insurance career began in 1985 working for Farmers Insurance followed by Time Insurance Agency. In 1999 she moved to Citizens Insurance Agency where along with other duties, she filled in as temporary Agency manager for a few months until the purchase of the agency by Western States Insurance in early 2007.

Providing workable solutions to her client’s insurance needs, making sure they understand and receive the timely personal care, service and explanations they deserve is top priority.

She carries designations of “Associate in Personal Insurance” as well as “Certified Insurance Service Representative”. She continues to stay current with insurance information and issues.
