Bonnie Holbrook joined Western States Insurance as a Personal Lines Sales Executive in 2007. With over 25 years of customer service and sales experience, she helps people protect their families and finances with personal insurance products including home, auto, life, personal umbrella and a variety of other insurance products for individual consumers.

Bonnie obtained her insurance licenses in the State of Montana in 2005. She is licensed in Property and Casualty, Life and Health, Disability, Surety and Limited Lines

She began her insurance career as a Farmers Group Insurance Agent, but truly enjoys the variety that working with many insurance companies offers. She believes that working in an independent insurance agency allows her to “tailor insurance coverage to the needs of the client rather than trying to fit the client into the programs offered by a single insurance carrier”.

Bonnie spent 25 years in the telecommunications industry prior to entering the insurance field and worked for several large corporations including Pacific Bell, Southwestern Bell, Mountain Bell, Pacific NW Bell, US West, Inc. and DEX Media. She received the US West Chairman’s Quality Award in 1994 for her work associated with Boeing ISDN services. In 1998 and again in 2000, Bonnie was recognized by Motorola, receiving the Pinnacle of Customer Excellence Award. She was awarded Farmer’s Blue Vase for life insurance sales in 2006.

She is currently very involved with the Billings Chamber of Commerce volunteering as an Ambassador for the Chamber and participates in the Monday Connections group. She has served on the Billings Award Committee as well. Bonnie is an affiliate member of the Billings Association of Realtors and an associate member of the Montana Association of Mortgage Brokers. In addition, she offers personal insurance classes for HDRC in Billings as a part of their curriculum and has taught insurance basics to driver’s education class in Shepherd, MT.

Bonnie’s philosophy is “educate, give options and always do the right thing for the client”.
