My name is Chad Warren. I was born and raised here in Southern Oregon where I was an All-State athlete and graduate from South Medford High School. I also received my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and certification for Mediation and Conflict Management from Southern Oregon University. While not at work I enjoy alpine skiing, running, cooking, playing with my kids and spending time with my family. Additionally, I am a new member of Rotary.

I first realized the joy I get from working with people while living and working at an orphanage in Baja, Mexico as a teenager. For the past 10 years I’ve made a career out of that passion by working in—and managing—some of the Rogue Valley’s most renowned restaurants. My core beliefs are rooted in faith, family, and community. These values and my extensive experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality industry have molded my business philosophy to focus on the importance of integrity and the indelible value of excellent relationships.

For the past five years, I have helped my wife raise two kids, while also managing a restaurant in order to put myself through college; these experiences have given me great insight into the infallible value of Personal Time.
