Western State Insurance

Scott Sherbourne began his insurance career 14 years ago as an Allstate Insurance agent and agency owner in Medford, Oregon. Scott has always believed that local business provides local opportunities. This will become a reality, as Western States will be moving to the heart of local opportunity, downtown Medford this spring.

Sherbourne is a Southern Oregon native and graduate of North Medford High School. He has a degree in Business Administration from Linfield College. He has been a licensed insurance agent for 15 years. While working at Allstate Insurance Agency, Sherbourne managed the largest agency south of Portland, Oregon and won numerous awards for leadership, sales, and customer service. Allstate Insurance Company also elected Scott to the Regional and National Agency Advisory Board. While serving on the advisory board, Sherbourne was selected to speak to agency owners nationwide regarding customer service processes and Allstate’s new auto insurance program. One of Scott’s best memories was working along side his father, Dave Sherbourne, who was an insurance agent for over 30 years in Southern Oregon.

In addition to sales management, Sherbourne also serves on many local boards, charities, and volunteer organizations such as Medford Rotary, Rogue Valley Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Mt. Ashland Ski Patrol, L.U.T.C.F. Moderator, and his local church.

When asked, Sherbourne says, “My greatest joy is serving my community and helping others succeed.”
