Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, direct calls and greet walk-in clients according to established company procedures and/or standards. • Process daily incoming and outgoing mail according to established procedures. Handle incoming checks according to procedures established by Accounting Department. • Process overnight mail – prepare labels and arrange for pickup. • Handle early and late capture scanning. • Order supplies according to established procedures. • Maintain office equipment (phones, voice mail, copy/scan machines, fax machines, etc.) including assisting others, keeping machines filled with paper and toner, troubleshooting, calling for repairs if necessary, etc. • Deliver faxes to employees several times each day. • Keep common areas of the office clean and well organized – including the reception area, conference rooms, work rooms, file/mail room, supply areas, etc. • Handle new colleague office orientation as requested. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements:

o High School education or equivalent business or insurance experience o Possesses effective communication and organization skills. o Above average computer knowledge and skills
