Job Duties/Responsibilities:

•Handle all incoming service requests from customer and carrier sources.

•Process, maintain, prepare new and renewal accounts for marketing, placement, and delivery.

•Handle contract review and perform financial statement and work in process analysis.

•Prepare all bond documents in a thorough and accurate manner including document review and bond approval.

•Update and maintain customer information in the agency management system and surety automation system accurately and efficiently

Education/Experience Requirements:

oTwo years or more insurance or business related experience oApplicable current state insurance licensure oAutomation knowledge and skills
