The Corporate office of Western States Insurance is currently recruiting for a Senior Director of Human Resources. In conjunction with overall human resource functions, this position will provide strategic direction and vision for the Human Resource department. The successful candidate will need to have prior leadership and management experience. Human resource background and certification are preferred. This position will reside in Missoula, MT and requires frequent travel.
