Ann Romeike

Ann Romeike is the Assistant in the Risk Management Department.

Ann’s experience is in Workers’ Compensation and Safety. She spent over 10 years in claims administration and Safety for self-insured and self-administered employers. She currently works with Western States clients reviewing their workers’ comp loss runs to determine trends and areas that need improvement. She also assists with implementing Return to Work Programs, early reporting and investigation of incidents.

Monthly Safety Meetings, Accident Prevention Programs, training and promotion of Safety awareness are also areas of Ann’s focus; her goal to help employers eliminate work place injuries.
