Barbara Roberts, CPIW

Barb Roberts has worked in the insurance field for more than twenty-five years. Although she lived in the Tri-Cities and graduated from Kiona-Benton High School, Barb left the area for a time. She gained Commercial Insurance experience with a firm in Fort Smith, AR. Barb returned to the Tri-Cities and began her career with Keller/Spencer Kinney in 1986 and became an employee of Western States in 2004. As a Customer Service Agent, Barb assists Mike McWhorter & Dave Smith with professional liability policies for physicians as well as other commercial accounts
