Brooke Laaber, CIC

Brooke Laaber was born in Glasgow, Montana, but has lived in Bozeman since 1980. She graduated from Montana State University and started her insurance career in 2004.

Brooke is the Office Manager for the Bozeman Branch, and is definitely a multitalented individual. Brooke also serves as the Branch Tech and Trainer, assisting with any technical issues the agents may have and training all new employees. She has earned two professional designations, her CIC and CISR.

Brooke and her husband, Carsten, have a son, Kai. When she is away from the office, she enjoys hiking biking and reading. She also appreciates a glass of good red wine.

Brooke is an indispensable part of Western States, and we are happy to have her as part of the team!
