Personal Lines Fall 2009 Newsletter

Cindy Sorensen is originally from Tehachapi, CA and moved to Grants Pass, OR in 2001 to be closer to her family.
Cindy's background is rooted deeply in customer service. With seven years in the restaurant industry, ten years in banking, two as an escrow assistant – with a designation as a Certified Escrow Technician. Recently she passed her OR State Insurance exam to be a personal lines insurance agent. In 2008 she pursued a career as a personal Lines Insurance Producer for Balboa Insurance where she built a network of professional contacts and colleagues. Now serving as Customer Service Agent for Western States, she is a highly dedicated part of both the personal lines, and commercial lines teams. She pays special attention to detail and feels very strongly that honesty, integrity and loyalty plays a large part of customer satisfaction. She also believes that "You treat others the way you want to be treated". Cindy maintains a high level of expectation for herself and instills that in her team members. She is a proud volunteer with Soroptomist International and the Britt Society.
