Jackie Nelson

Born and raised in the Flathead Valley, Jackie’s insurance career began after she married and moved to Helena in ’95.  Her primary focus for 10 years was personal lines insurance.  In the fall of 2006, she began working for Western States Insurance and shifted her focus to commercial insurance working in a specialized program which provides property and liability insurance coverage for Montana school districts.  Jackie obtained her CISR designation in October of 2008 which broadens her knowledge of insurance and enhances her ability to provide outstanding customer service.

In June 2011, Jackie successfully completed the Montana State Fund Work Safe Champion program giving her an edge on work place safety.  This safety training goes hand in hand with her role as the Wellness Advocate for the branch.
