Janice Jackson

Janice Jackson has been with Western States for over five years working in the Benefit Planning Department. She works as an Account Manager for John Neer managing benefit plans for medium-large organizations. She has 20 years of Benefits Administration and Human Resources experience and a B.A. in Communications from Eastern Washington University.  Janice specializes in working as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers and serving as the go-to person for her clients to help resolve complex benefit issues.  In addition to her group benefit plan duties, Janice also sells individual medical insurance.  She is licensed in Washington state as a Life & Health as well as a Property & Casualty agent.
