Jessica Formhals was born and raised in Columbia Falls, graduating from Columbia Falls High School and Flathead Valley Community College with a degree in Business Management.
Jessica began her insurance career in 2000 with National Flood Services and then with Citizens Insurance in 2004. Western States then purchased Citizens Insurance in January of 2007. In 2009 she obtained the "Certified Insurance Service Representative" certification. She strives for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to help and educate clients.
In her spare time Jessica enjoys volunteering in her daughter's 3rd grade class; being co-leader of her daughter's Brownie troop; and spending time with her daughter, husband & 2 dogs.
