Karen Fruchtl

Karen Fruchtl began her insurance career in 1979. She’s been a part of Spencer-Kinney/Western States Insurance since 1981. She worked in Personal Lines for seven years, and handled marketing for Spencer-Kinney for six years. During her thirty years with Spencer-Kinney/Western States, Karen has assisted Commercial Lines, the mailroom and answered phones. For several years she was in charge of the Claims Department. Karen has made the Tri-Cities her home since re-locating from Montana in 1976. She and her husband have one son. When she’s not working, Karen enjoys reading, cooking/baking, water and snow skiing. Her expertise with all phases of insurance and her excellent customer service skills make Karen a valuable asset to the Western States Insurance team.
