Michelle Evans

Michelle Evans began in the insurance industry about 10 years ago and has been at Western States Insurance since 2008. Michelle specializes in Commercial (Business) insurance but also has a background with personal lines insurance. She received her certificate as a Certified Insurance Counselor in 2005 and continues to attend any insurance education classes that will help her grow more knowledgeable with the ever changing insurance business.

Michelle was raised in Billings, MT and is married to Kevin and has 3 teenage boys, Jacob who will graduate in 2010 and Brady and Jeremy who are both freshman in High School. They all keep her very busy with their involvement in sports, band and drama.

Currently she is the customer service agent for a few Producers in the agency. Michelle believes that it is very important to make sure the client has the best experience with customer service at Western States and is committed to making sure that they are covered and protected by the best companies and with the best coverage possible to ensure the safety of their business. "I am happy to be a part of the team at Western States and look forward to assisting all of the clients with their insurance needs."
