Pamela Urlacher

Pam Urlacher is a Customer Service Agent whose areas of expertise are contractors and large commercial accounts. Pam was formerly a commercial large account rater with Safeco in Spokane. She later worked in agencies in Spokane and Wyoming. Her combined experience totals over thirty years in the insurance field. Hired by Spencer-Kinney in 1995, Pam stayed on board with the change to Western States on 2004. Her knowledge and expertise is extremely valuable to our clients as well as our staff.
