Rick O'Connell

Rick is a commercial lines producer for Western States Insurance. He started his career with Farm Bureau Insurance and in 1996 moved to Western States. With over 23 years of insurance experience, he has learned that the most important service he offers to clients is providing the best value for the insurance dollar.

Rick takes the time to listen to his clients and help them design an insurance program which helps to assure that what they have worked so hard for is not lost in the event of an untimely loss. He works to improve his client’s risk management programs in business and workman’s compensation insurance, which helps reduce costs. He also works with a wide range of insurance companies to negotiate the most favorable terms and coverages for his clients.

A native of Helena, Rick is involved in the community, helping with Carroll College Impact Drive, Eagle Mount of Helena, Big Brothers Big Sisters and local sports teams.
