Rob Logsdon

Rob Logsdon grew up in Helena, Montana and is proud to be a Capital High Bruin Alumni. He graduated from Washington State University in 1996 with a BA in Social Science and a Minor in Business Administration.

Rob started in the insurance industry in 2009. His primary focus was life, annuity products and health insurance. Prior to that, he worked in the banking and financial service industry for twelve years. Rob joined Western States as a Commercial Insurance Producer in 2010. His ideal customer is one that values good communication and expects a close relationship with their insurance agent. He believes that good communication is the key to providing his clients the best possible coverage and protection for their business.

Rob earned his AAI designation in 2010 through the Liberty Northwest Agent Training curriculum. Rob’s clients range from Industrial, Public Entities, Professional and Medical, Construction and Trades, Farm/Ranch and Technology to Non-Profit, Distributors, Restaurants and the Auto Industry. Rob is very involved in workers compensation coverage with his clients and works diligently to provide loss control and safety programs to assist clients with controlling the cost of their workers compensation policy.

Rob and his wife Kate have a 4 year old son, Cooper. Watching Cooper grow has been the most amazing and fulfilling part of his life. Spending time with his family is very important to him and living in Helena allows him to spend time with his parents Glenn and Ruth, sister Linda and his 3 nieces and their families. Rob, Kate and Cooper also enjoy traveling and the outdoors, and being involved in the Helena Community and all it has to offer. Rob states, “Growing up in Helena and attending Rossiter, CR Anderson and Capital High and then coming back to live and work in Helena and raise our son is truly a blessing. Some people may not appreciate how much of an opportunity it is to call Helena home. Having left for college and then for work at different times has made me much more appreciative of how special Helena is and how Helena and our friends here are so much a part me.” Rob is an avid golfer and bird hunter and he especially enjoys his two Brittany’s Riggs and Murtaugh. Additionally Rob has been the Head Golf Coach at Glacier High for the past 5 years, earning 5 consecutive state trophies (including the 2007 State AA Title) for the new school and coaching 6 boys and 2 girls all-state selections. Rob previously was an assistant coach for Capital High for 7 seasons.
