Ron Lankford is from Orange County, California, and has a background in business ownership, business management, and customer service. In 1995, he moved to the Rogue Valley in to be closer to family.

While not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Melanie, and their three sons: Bailey, Joel, and Noah. As an accomplished musician, Ron can be seen performing at local venues throughout the valley.
