Roxann Shuck, ACSR, CISR

Roxann Shuck joined Spencer-Kinney (now Western States Insurance) in 2003. From 2003 through most of 2010, Roxann served as a Customer Service Agent for a large book of  Construction/Surety clients.  In the fall of 2010 Roxann accepted the position of Account Manager for Mike McWhorter, assisting him with a diverse book that includes Contractors, Professional Liability and non-profit organizations and wineries.
