Tricia Martin

Tricia Martin joined Spencer-Kinney/Western States Insurance in July 2003 as a member of the Group Benefits Department.  Her insurance career began in 1998 with Safeco Insurance Company in Spokane as a Customer Service Representative and then a Personal Lines Underwriter.  In January of 2002, she transferred to Safeco's Home Office to work as an IT analyst on personal lines products.  As an Account Manager in the Group Benefits department at Western States, Tricia works with large groups setting up on-line web access to benefits, analyzing and reporting claims data, and assisting Human Resource Representatives with HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and other benefit related issues.  She is also a licensed property, casualty, life, and disabilities agent.  Outside of work, her interests include golfing, skiing, and watching football...especially her home state favorite, the Montana Grizzlies!!!
